I used to really love this place, but it’s been 18 years since my last visit to Whataburger, and wow, what a change! I paid $19 for two burgers and fries, and I don’t remember the burgers being covered in mustard like that. They were almost inedible! We had to scrape off as much mustard as we could to make them somewhat acceptable. If we had been dining in instead of using the drive-thru, we definitely would have returned the burgers. I think I’ll wait another 18 years before I give this place another try.
I arrived quite late, and the dining area was still being cleaned. They keep the environment very clean and are attentive to the needs of their diverse customers. I have no complaints about the place, although the service was a bit slow. I can understand, though, as the drive-thru was likely busy!
This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Whataburger. The place was poorly managed and dirty. While we waited, both customers and staff were walking over a fallen ketchup packet that had spilled on the floor. It remained there until a young man came by and stepped right on it! While this was amusing to my dad and me, it clearly reflects the store’s lack of proper management. We were just passing through, so I don’t know how this location usually operates, but it was a stark contrast to other Whataburgers I’ve visited.
My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Whataburger, and the exceptional customer service truly stood out. As someone using crutches due to a leg injury, I was deeply touched by how considerate the staff was when taking our order. Despite the heavy rain, one employee kindly went to his car to get an umbrella for me, helping me safely reach my own vehicle. That thoughtful act meant so much to both of us. We are sincerely grateful—kindness like this is truly rare. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
When we visited, the place was very busy! We were tired and hungry on our way home from vacation. The food was delicious, and the service was even better. A young woman was working in the lobby, checking on guests to see if they needed anything, and she was wonderful! I didn’t catch her name, but she was fantastic with us and especially with our kids. She joked with them and chatted about our trip. She truly made our experience better. Thank you for making our journey a little easier!
