Vittorio's Pizza - Richland

I am extremely upset and disappointed! I ordered one three-cheese pizza for delivery, but what I received was three plain cheese pizzas, costing me over $50. First and foremost, my order was completely wrong! The delivery person, who claimed to be the owner, was uncooperative and said, "Give me the pizza back, and I will return with your order." I had two hungry children and my husband, and I didn't want to wait another hour for the correct order! The delivery man insisted on taking back one of the pizzas, but I felt it should have been free since they were the ones who made the mistake. I later found out that they refunded me for the other two pizzas, but not for the plain cheese pizza that I kept because my children were hungry! Bella's Pizza was fantastic when Michael owned it, but that's no longer the case! The new owners clearly do not value customer service, especially when the error is on their part. I strongly recommend going elsewhere. I know for a fact that I will never order from them again, which is disappointing because I would have rated them five stars when Michael was in charge!

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! I had such a wonderful experience! The food was excellent, the atmosphere was enjoyable, and the service was fantastic. Everything was absolutely fantastic! The pizza was served on time and was piping hot. Plus, the staff was very friendly.

I ordered delivery this time, which is usual, but the place is really nice too. The pizza is some of the best I’ve had and my kids seem to really love their subs. I really love the delivery driver I get, wish I knew her name to give her credit. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner
