Mcdonald's - Richland

The restaurant was very nice, clean, and the staff were very polite. The shake machine worked perfectly, which is more than I can say for our local McDonald's. I will definitely be coming back in a few weeks when I pass through Jackson.

The staff at this restaurant is very friendly, the food is delicious. I had a sausage biscuit with cheese and the restroom was clean. Overall, it was a great experience.

On our way home, we decided to grab a quick bite to eat. Unfortunately, all of the toilets were in terrible condition and needed cleaning. Not a single table was clean, so we ended up eating in the truck. As I was eating, I found a hair in my fries which completely ruined my appetite. Overall, our experience at this restaurant was terrible.

Clean charging, faster and friendly service, accurate and qualitatiw high quality food. perfect for my family of tired travelers. will return to home.

The staff was great and food good, but the restaurant was so bad that my family and I could not eat there. The smell was that of a wet dog kennel and half of the seating was out of order because the seats were torn up. There was even a girl asleep in the corner under a blanket. It hadn't been cleaned in months and that was evident. Customers who did dine in were cleaning their own tables with water from the bathroom.
