This restaurant is a lovely upscale spot to have a meal and enjoy some wine. The service is exceptional. The staff takes the time to ensure that you have the best experience possible, making it worth the price.

We had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant. We were there on a friend's recommendation to celebrate my mother's birthday. The wines were perfectly matched with our meals, the dinner was delicious, and the service was excellent. The recommended dishes by the staff were spot on and we couldn't have asked for better service.

The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! The duck was fantastic, as were the braised short ribs. The restaurant has a great wine selection and cocktail list. Delicious.

My man and I went to an impromptu jubilee. the terrace was covered and was very welcoming and comfortable. server were very friendly and attentive. we have the garnelen mornay and fried avocado for appetizers that were both very good. merlot wein was great, and I had the Ceasar salad with the additional side of the steel head that was delicious! husband had the fried chicken and risotto and was very happy with it. very nice experience! would highly recommend, and I am usually not very impressed by most dine out experiences. great job, bookwalter, and thanks for a very nice evening!

Had the 14 dry age beef burger today and without a doubt that was the best burger I've had in the Tri. My buddy got the wagyu cheeseburger and felt the same way I did about my burger. So we've decided to return and reverse our orders to see which we like better. Also the Oaxacan Old Fashioned here at Bookwater is absolutely stunning. Best I've ever had hands down.
