I was disappointed with this Del Taco. The woman working through drive through wasn't rude, but wasn't very nice either. She kept cutting me off and trying to cut off my order. Then, they got 1/2 our order wrong. We got two of the 2 for $7 and a whole order was the wrong burrito. But, the receipt was right. Manager was extremely rude to a customer today. First accused him of stealing from the till with absolutely no basis for accusation. He didn’t even try to check the cameras first. Then the poor guy tried to pay for his meal with a big bill and the manager refused to take his money, again without even checking to see if he had change. I can tell you that he most certainly did. I feel in my heart that this was racism plain and simple (they were not the same ethnicity) and it made me feel so sad and ashamed. Shame on you young man whoever you are.

From the moment my girlfriend and I walked into the restaurant, Cameron welcomed us with a charismatic demeanor that instantly lifted our spirits.Cameron displayed the epitome of professionalism throughout our interaction. His attention to detail was impressive, ensuring our order was not only accurate, but promptly received and fulfilled. This promptness in service is one we've come to appreciate in our busy world, and Cameron managed to deliver it without a hitch.What struck us most was his knack for making thoughtful suggestions to enhance our orders. His extensive knowledge of the menu and consideration of our preferences greatly enriched our dining experience. It's rare to encounter someone who, in the space of a meal, can display such genuine care for his customers.I strongly believe that it is employees like Cameron that define a brand's reputation.
