Bruchi's - Richland

I have never had a negative experience at this restaurant. The service is fast and accurate, and the staff members are always pleasant and work well together as a team. I especially love the crinkle cut fries and chicken primavera sandwich!

I visit all of the Bruchi's locations, but this one is the best! As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by friendly smiles and hellos from all the staff. The food is consistently delicious and the service is top-notch.

The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. A mistake was made with one of our orders, but it was quickly and politely rectified. It's a great spot for a lunch outing.

Bruchi's is one of my favorite places to go when I'm craving a Philly cheese steak like sandwich. The crinkle fries and fry sauce is a great complimentary side. -1* for a sandwich that was lacking a little substance this time around and tables that needed wiped down (very minor). The service is great here. You're welcomed in and the wait time for your order is typically short.

Edit: Alright, I had to edit my review. I still stand by my earlier review, but I failed to mention how good the food is. I was a little irritated. We went back again last night and had the peppersteak and the classic cheesesteak, and i have to tell you that they are delicious! Service was great also and super fast! Hopefully, they have been able to address the staffing problems, but the food is awesome! FYI, Their brownies are not great. Really dry and crumbly. Well, we went here to have a good sandwich, watch Monday Night Football, and have a beer! I didn't even know they served beer! Turns out they don't! While my friend went to get a good seat to watch the game, we ordered a sandwich and asked about their beer selection. That's when the server taking our order said that we couldn't order beer! When I asked why, she said that no one working that night was 21!!! That's right, they have I think 3 beers on tap, but no one old enough to serve it!!! We ended up canceling our food order and going somewhere we could get food AND a beer!
