Arby's - Richland

Despite facing staff difficulties, the restaurant still provides great service consistently for fast food. It appears that delivery services like DoorDash may cause some frustration, but the staff remains friendly and helpful in assisting customers with ordering food for dine-in or takeout.

I usually avoid dining at restaurants close to closing time because I've had bad experiences with service and food in the past. However, this time was different. Despite being tired, I had a fantastic experience thanks to the patient and friendly staff working that night. The food was delicious and I will definitely be returning more frequently. Thank you to the ladies who served me (I don't know your names) - you deserve recognition for your hard work and excellent service!

Newly renovated inside and it looks beautiful. If you like Arby's, this place will check all boxes. Roast beef sandwiches are good. Free refill on soda and unlimited sauces. The wrinkles are not the best, go with the curly frits.

This Arby's is no better or worse than the average Arby's restaurant. The drive thru is a little slow compared to some other fast food restaurants. The food is... Well it's fast food. What do you expect?

I ordered a French dip, it was not very warm and I had to have them microwave my aujue (sp) gravy because it was barely warm. But the flavor was good.
