Service was amazing and so was the wine however we received a gift card that listed the tasting room as one of the redeemable locations. The gift card was also purchased at this location however when it came time for the bill we were told we could not use the gift card at this location. This completely ruined the experience. Always make Bookwalter a stop when we are in Richland. The tasting room is open and beautiful. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. And the wine is exceptional. Especially the Protagonist!! My husband and I enjoyed a tasting the other day and it was a perfect break from back to back softball games.
Mike and his team was amazing. Nicest people you will meet. Wine was delicious. Charcuterie board was amazing. Come check them out.

Amazing wine and great ambiance. Eric was knowledgeable and worked with us to find our favorite wines! Definitely a repeat spot!
