What Cliff Schiesl doesn't like about Subway:
I forgot to change the pick up time on my website order so I tried to call the establishment for over 15 minutes to ask them to change the time. The phone rang and rang until I was told there was no voicemail and I couldn't leave a message. I did that repeatedly but the phone was NEVER answered.
