Kfc - Richland Center

Every time I've gone here they've been either out of or almost out of chicken. How as a chicken restaurant do you run out of chicken???

How hard is it to make 3 orders of chicken littles? We pay full price and get half the amount of food we paid for? Deplorable.

We ordered our food since we were hungry for chicken potatoes and coleslaw. At that time everything seemed ok. Then we got our food and the coleslaw was not as juicy as other locations so we shook it off. It happens. Then we start with the dry chicken (not our usual experience from other locations) and almost every pc was pink and **** by the bone. Wife goes up to complain and we are told it's because it's dark meet. So we decided to take it home and we could cook it in the microwave. Then as we are finishing up I go to wash my hands and walk in on an employee as he was using the bathroom for number 2. I exit and wait. Then I go back into the bathroom when he was finished and I let the water run to warm up. I literally waited 5 min. No hot water. Still got greasy fingers Wife uses the woman's bathroom and I let her know about the men's. So she turns on the water and when she was done doing her thing the water in there was still cold also. So then we got disgusted and threw all of our food away because how could that employee I walked in on really sanitize and wash his hands? Gross. We will never walk into this KFC again.

You guys always mess up my order and the last 4 times Ive came here and waited for 10 minutes at the window and probably another 10-15 getting pulled head waiting I’ve never had so many problems with you guys until recently If you gonna make me wait 20 mins at least make sure my order is
