Great food. Excellent service. Great atmosphere. A must visit if you're in the area!

They currently have a huge pretzel that was amazing. I heard they only have it for a limited time, which makes me sad.

Just came here to bowl at 11:09pm was told that they was done for tonight and the closing time says 1:30am I’m confused

The Phoenix Family Entertainment Center in Richland Center, WI is a really great place to bring your significant other, family or friends to meet and have a drink and possibly order some food from their great menu. Then possibly meet other people or go bowling or join a winter or summer bowling league. The large and spacious Special Event facility is a great venue to plan a wedding event, family reunion, birthday, or any other event you may want. The staff and owners are very friendly and will provide you with great service and make you feel welcome every time you are there.

While we love their pizza I decided to try the taco wrap for something different. It was NOT good. I don 't think the meat was cooked in any taco seasoning at all. I think it was just plain hamburger and they relied on the salsa to give it a taco flavor. Very disappointing. If the meat had tasted of taco meat it would have been great. It was a great size. The ratio of veggies to meat was okay as well. It 's just when someone orders anything taco flavored they expect it to taste like taco . Also the fries were different this time than any other time I 've gotten them and definitely not as good. Cooked a little longer maybe? Different oil maybe? I can 't say for sure why they were different but it was for the better.
