Menu - Kfc

The girl taking my order said they were out because it's getting cl... read more I don't normally do these but I went to KFC at 930 PM and they were out of beef and chicken. The girl taking my order said they were out because it's getting close to close, I'm like and hour and half til close they should be still preparing that up to close. For being a taco bell KFC I was super surprised by this because the menu was very limited. When I got to the window they told they were out of there freezes as well so I had to switch my drink, then they gave me the wrong order. As for the service there where a lot of the crew that was just standing around talking instead of helping the girl in the drive thru window because she was behind and handing out wrong, I have never worked at KFC or Taco Bell but I would think that the people standing around could be helping out getting the drive thru clear and or preparing more things they don't have the menu.

Stood at the counter for at least 3-4 minutes before someone acknowledge me. Trash cans were over flowing, the drink and sauce station looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. Unfortunately I had an order pickup and had already paid for my food. I should have asked for a refund as I was totally grossed out and couldn’t eat my food.
