I give them 5 stars because I loved the service that Julie her colleague offered me, I forgot their name but they are wonderful people with excellent customer service.Parking: Very nice big parking View all feedback.
What Alex Moquin doesn't like about Starbucks:
Came in with my son to get coffee and the lady told me to “hold on hunny” it was two items and the said it in such a rude manner I simply told them I left my wallet and left! Wouldn’t View all feedback.
Lady was extremely rude and couldn’t even complete a 2 item order wouldn’t
Expensive and understaffed. The one employee they had serving a line of 7 customers was doing his best, but outmatched by the amount of work.
I love that this Starbucks closes later than other locations and that they have both indoor and outdoor seating. I got a decaf iced americano with a splash of heavy cream and one pump of sugar free vanilla. It was delicious! I will definitely be back.
I went to the Richboro ACME Starbucks at around 3pm on April 6th. There was a barista working there at the time-she was very sweet and absolutely wonderful! (Evangel or Vange? I may be misspelling her name. She was very friendly and helpful. I made a mistake on my my order and when I told her, she did not make a fuss-she simply corrected the order and proceeded. She asked if I wanted my croissant and banana nut bread warmed up (which isn’t always asked and even asked if I wanted a bag for my things!I know there are some negative reviews about this location. However, I think many people forget just how stressful this job can be. With shortages and lack of staff, it’s easy to get overwhelmed and make mistakes with orders, etc. I admit that sometimes some of the baristas may not come across as very friendly but I don’t take it personally because from my own experience in dealing with the public, I can understand how much goes into doing this type of work- both physically and mentally speaking. So thank you Vange and thank you to all Starbucks baristas for serving one of the best coffees in the US!
Very disappointing service, I ordered a venti size , but Mary only gave a big half, the top was full of foam, I paid extra for the oat milk, didn't even add it in! Very cold and disappointed with Mary's service every time. I buy Starbucks coffee every day to start my work day, but every time I encounter this kind of attitude service, it's just awful. But not every people is like this!!
