What User doesn't like about Jake's Eatery:
We waited awhile, then were seated in the separate room to the left. I told the server there was cobwebby dirt hanging from vent just above our heads.....she said she'd tell mgmt. To my right, there were folded tables leaning against a VERY DIRTY wall!! Even had it been clean, I felt like I was sitting in someone's storage closet....horrible!!! The best affordable breakfast in town! Consistently perfect and delicious every time.
Delicious burger and fries. Kids had chocolate chip waffles. Waitress Michelle provided great service.
The meal was fantastic but the service was horrible! We felt as we were just a number and not a guest! No wait to he seated but once we were seated it took 15 min before any busboy /waitress even approached us! Once she dropped off our meal there were no questions if we needed more drinks , refills, can I get you anything else? She may have spoken 3 words to us! Very rude and disrespectful! The restaurant wasn’t even busy!
I was quite disappointed, the steak sandwich I had was on a very dry roll and not a great deal of steak.
