Recently used a survey coupon for free Whataburger and it was delicious. And also all staff are friendly and had never felt rushed to leave ever. Been eating these wonderful burgers since 1994. And you all do a fine job. The serving of French fries was overflowing with fries cooked perfectly. Much appreciated. They also bring you the food and are polite. Coke machine Coca Cola always tastes fine.

You'll end up waiting several minutes at the window before someone comes to take your payment, and then it still takes a while after that. When I finally received my meal, it was cold and dry.

They were out of ranch dressing for the chicken sandwich and wanted to charge us extra for it, which didn’t make much sense to us. When we suggested using salad dressing packets instead, we were told that would also incur an additional charge. Additionally, the cashier was unsure how to apply a reward from my app, so they had to call over a manager. Fortunately, the manager addressed our concerns in a very polite manner and helped resolve the issues. However, it seems like all the Whataburgers in the area are currently quite slow in preparing food for their customers.

There are always issues, like missing items, incorrect charges, and a wait time of at least 30 minutes. This often forces me to go inside to check on my order, only to find that it has gone cold. The manager usually seems to be hiding behind a wall, preoccupied with organizing sauces while the staff and overall operations fall apart. There's always a line of dissatisfied customers at the drive-thru, so I know I'm not alone in experiencing these problems. Do yourself a favor and choose a different place to eat.
