This is a large local family home cooking style restaurant that has a variety of offers. Really good food, great staff. Very recommended.
Visited The String Bean Restaurant for the first time last night and we had a wonderful dinner! Our waiter was fantastic, our meals were prompt and hot, and the portions were ample. Mom thought the cole slaw needed a touch of vinegar but that was the only thing that any of us wished was different. The banana pudding is superb!!! We're already looking forward to our next visit. Thanks for a wonderful meal, String Bean!
We had the chicken fried steak chicken and dumplings. The chicken fried steak and gravy was great! But the chicken and dumplings weren?t super good. The chicken was just really bland and in huge chunks. But I?ll definitely be back for the chicken fried steak. They also have a full bar a patio which is a big plus
