Subway - Richardson

I ordered the 12 inch cold cut sandwich. It was very good. The lady and the guy named Alberto were very nice and friendly staff. Thank you. Food: 5/5

Do not come to this filthy dirty place, it’s worst place to eat, the bathroom sink has growth algae, the bathroom doors are grease and sticky, nothing is clean, no sure if the employees washed their hands. The pictures do not show how dirty it is, until you touch it.The two Hispanic girls are not friendly, no ice, only two types of bread, wheat and white.I don’t speak Spanish, but know the two girls are talking about me, hearing “Chino” word in their conversation behind the counter. My meal was at 12 pm on Saturday, 9/10/2022.I paid $12 for meal and can’t even swallow my meal dine in, ate and run out. See picture of this hole in the wall, not Subway standards!

They turn off the light like 10-15 minutes before closing time. They locked the doors 5 minutes before closing time. With people still inside. Everyone looked miserable and I get it, your about to close, but I've been here in the middle of the day and they look the same. At least most of them do. They always look annoyed when it seems someone is about to walk in. I'm not asking them to love their job but they could at least fake it.

I gave this place a chance again and came back with the same disappointment. the sandwich with 3 and a half hams for all that bread! what else do I get at home with a homemade sandwich!! and paid 6 and peak for that! The very slow service too! I definitely won't go back!!

I still have to have a good customer service experience here, but it is subway so my hopes are not high to begin. Parking: There are always parking spaces right in front of the building
