What User doesn't like about Renegade Cigars:
Got very rude service from a lady by the name of Nina. They close at 11pm and she put us out in the cold exactly at 11pm. She would not allow us to finish our cigars. She spoke very aggressively to us. Everyone else that works there is always kind enough to allow people to finish their stick while they clean up. Had a fantastic night at Renegade cigars with Nate. Very hospitable, incredibly knowledgeable and the lounge is extremely comfortable. The humidor is well stocked, air circulation and filtration was top tier. If in Dallas, I recommend you stop in here for some fun and a few cigars. HC
This group is awesome. Clean, crisp humidor. Great staff that is willing to help but not overbearing. Owner is typically in the lounge, welcoming all and even cleaning out ash trays if necessary. Patrons are great and willing to bring you into the 'group ' with conversation. Love this place.

Been here 2 times, one for cigars and today for a new lighter. Both times, the people who helped me were patient and knowledgeable. 10/10 place of business
