Nestlé Toll House Café By Chip

Says it closes at 9am and went from there at 8:24am Jusy now and the doors were locked. Someone else tried to go after us, and it's not a vacation just a random Wednesday. The workers would stare at us from the inside. If you close early, then change your hours of service.

First of all, I'm in love with Nestlé Tollhaus. This is my second time when I visited the store, but my first time visited this place. I was in five minutes and out just because someone was in front of me, but the service was very fast and the cookies were fresh! Here I ordered the chocolate chip minis as well as a regular chocolate chip cookie as well as a sickerdoodle cookie, which is now my favorite cookie to get at Nestlé tollhaus!

Went in for cookies with a toddler I was baby sitting he was so excited to get cookies?. We walked in and all the employees looked annoyed/ didn?t welcome us1- just starred. It was a very awkward experience. The cookies we purchased were dry and stale instead of soft and chewy. I don?t know if it was just an off day for the place?

Customer service was great but I think I do better buying the cookie dough myself and baking them at hm. Each time I've found myself seeking out to purchase the so called well made cookies, I would've hoped to be more than pleased yet once opening the container and partaking a treat, I was utterly disappointed in the distasteful manner the treats were over baked in. Although, the paninis were pretty good..I still won't be coming back to the establishment anytime soon.

It's good for a quick, small treat. However, the treats are super duper sweet. I got a chocolate chip cookie, a turtle brownie, double trouble cookie, and a turtle mocha drink. Let me just tell you, I have a really sweet tooth and can eat a lot of sweets in one sitting when I am really craving sweet things, but I could barely get through half of this.The treats are good, but very, very sweet. the drink was sweet too. I don't see myself coming here again unfortunately due to that. Update: Yes, I came back and will probably come back again too. I ordered another double trouble and a cookie cup this time. Also ordered a white mocha. The chocolate fudge in the cookie cup was delicious and creamy. The drinks here aren't really worth getting. They're not filled properly and not the best tasting either.
