This was my first time stop by this location, and my salad was not made correctly. I ordered online but was told it was not ready and to give an additional 10 mins or so.. no problem. They had a lot of people there (door dashers) waiting on orders. Frustrated that their phones do Not work. I ordered through Uber eats and received a different item than what I ordered. I tried calling many times to quickly correct the order to see if the driver could go back and pick up what I actually wanted but the phones go straight to a full voicemail box and hangup. Please have your staff read carefully on orders. A peanut butter crunch açaí bowl is not the same as peanut butter bites…
