I appreciate the quick correction when my order was initially made incorrectly. As a vegetarian, receiving a dish with meat can be unpleasant, but I am thankful for how they handled the situation. Their bagels are always delicious, especially the egg and cheese combination spread generously over the bagel. Thank you!

I absolutely adore this bagel shop. I have visited numerous places throughout the DFW area in search of an everything bagel similar to those in NYC, and this place definitely delivers. I have purchased a dozen at a time on multiple occasions over the past year, and the quality has been consistently excellent. The shop is always busy, so make sure to call well in advance to place your order.

I am originally from New York and later lived in Boston. When I moved to this area, one thing I missed was a delicious bagel with cream cheese. I was thrilled to discover this shop. The food is incredibly tasty and the service is excellent. I always make sure to go early because this place tends to get crowded, but it is definitely worth it!

Bagel Cafe 21 is SO GOOD, but their service leaves A LOT to be desired. I tried to call in an order this morning and held the line for 15 minutes before finally giving up. If you have call-in orders and people in the store, you should be actually taking the call-in orders.

All their bagels are really delicious, and their cream cheese and breakfast options are worth the price! I have the honey-wheat bag with egg and cheese and my friend on a jalapeño and cheese bag with speck and Chive cream cheese. stop them on the big fast food chains and try them what I think is the best breakfast places in north richardson!
