Although the food is excellent, the service is horrible. We had a big group of 10 reserved to be there on April 25th, and we were feeling pushed and pressured to be done with our table within an hour, because they had another reservation coming in. This is the best restaurant in Rice Lake! The food and service are consistently outstanding!
I've dined here multiple times with my husband, friends, and family, and I've always been pleased with what I've received. The menu selections are fantastic, and the service is outstanding. Even during busy times, I’ve been impressed by their professionalism and friendliness. This is an excellent spot for dining in Rice Lake, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. If you enjoy Mexican cuisine, you absolutely have to give this place a try!
While the food is outstanding, the service leaves much to be desired. We made a reservation for a large group of 10 on April 25th and felt rushed throughout our meal. We were pressured to finish within an hour because another reservation was scheduled shortly after ours. At the time, three members of our party had not yet placed their orders and were informed they needed to do so immediately, or we would have to give up our table. Unfortunately, those three chose not to order, and as a result, they have decided never to return, despite being regular diners at this restaurant.
Great staff! And awesome food!
