I was not impressed by the mango fish (too debris and could hardly taste the fresh fish and the mango was a sirup above) and aroz da marisco (a tonne muscheln and tenicles ate in each spoon.) however, the garnels were appetizer, wein and white dame cocktail really good and we caught the most beautiful sunset. Não foi um restaurante que me surpreendeu a nível da qualidade de pratos, muito pelo contrário. Acho que levava as espectativas demasiado altas. Não é mau mas também não é espetacular.
El servicio muy amable, el sitio con terraza con vistas al mar precioso; tienen muchas mesas y estaba completo. También salón interior. La comida muy rica, aunque un poco picante casi todo.
Delicious sauce on the cataplana (fish casserole) and good service. Friendly staff. Good wine choice and lots of regional produce.
Having spent a week on the island and eaten great food. We decided to try this place since it was close to our Airbnb. We have to say it was the least tasteful meal we had so far on our trip. The shrimp appetizer while looking delicious was over cooked and had no flavours. The bread and cheese plate was good taste wise along with the blood sausages. For the main coarse. The tuna was one meal. Asked for it seared but rare. It came out well done and tasteless. The pork and shrimp meal, pork was thin so not much flavour and the shrimp again over cooked and the fries where cold. The fish and prawn tile plate. The fish was very good but again the prawns where over cooked and flavour less. It was our most expensive outing in our week here and it was also our least flavoured meal.
We went without reservation and immediately got a place inside. It was very busy so waiting time was quite long to receive our food after ordering. Friendly waiter and patron, nice location (using local materials in modern setting). Food was good not exceptional. The food casserole for 2 was served in a nice copper bowl. It would have been good to give soup plates and spoon so one can better enjoy the tasty sauce.
