Already to start, a different offer within the segovian roasters. We started with fantastic white powders and artichokes with my-cuit, to remove the hat. the children took perfect croquettes, crispy outside and creamy inside. The elders continue with butchers and quails, so tender that there was no need for a knife, bringing out the best flavor of each piece.
