I visited this restaurant today and ordered the chicken brown traveler. I noticed they had a sign advertising bark ribs and I definitely plan on coming back to try them. The service was quick, the food was hot and it tasted amazing. This was my third time ordering from this place and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to grab a quick bite while out for a walk. I'll come here at least three times in the week. Never. carina informed me that she was absolutely ready to lose a long-term customer for 64 cent. I hope you read this, you lost a customer over 64 cent! how stupid are you? recharge 32 cent for a wrap Waba sauce, they are Waba grill, but the sauce costs extra....Are they out of their mind! The manager, Catrina, was very rude to me when I tried to explain that I didn't receive my side of cabbage a couple of days ago. I told her that I had spoken to the manager and he had said it would be taken care of when I returned. Instead, she just wanted to argue with me about the whole thing and looked at me as if I was putting on an act. This was very unprofessional and showed poor customer service. I am uncertain if I will be returning to this restaurant.
I placed an online order for pickup at 12:45 pm. When I arrived at the restaurant at the specified time, they claimed they did not have my order. After showing the cashier the confirmation email, she looked into it and said it was being processed. Since I needed to leave, I requested a refund instead. The cashier's attitude was rude, and because of this experience, I will not be ordering from this location again.

The food was tasty, but lacking in meat and the portions of Waba sauce were also insufficient. The service was satisfactory. The restaurant was clean and I would rate it four stars, however, they need to be more generous with the amount of meat they serve.
