Clean and truly delicious! The food was prepared quickly and was perfect for a meal.
Not the best location. The drive thru will often be blocked by a cone. If you then get out of your car, the door may be locked. Usually there is a sign that says they are understaffed and so they can't take any more customers at that time. My orders areusually wrong. If the Drive thru is open, the wait is ridiculous.
Out of all the Panera locations I've visited in the Inland Empire, this one was the least impressive. I ordered a tuna salad sandwich, and there was barely any tuna on it. They seemed to just pile on the lettuce instead, leaving me feeling like I was eating a lettuce sandwich. It was quite disappointing. I really wish I had checked my sandwich before leaving, as I would have either sent it back or requested a refund. I won’t be returning to this location. Additionally, it was disappointing to find that they were completely sold out of every pastry item.
First time I ever tried Panera and the impression I got will probably be the last. Food was ok the pizza good sandwich was all wrong do there's that. But the worst part about the place is Customer service. Unprofessional and I can live without it and takemy business somewhere else
I visited Panera Bread for the first time and didn't have any expectations. My sister received a $100 gift card, so we placed an order for pickup on September 24 at 4:00 PM. We arrived at 3:53 PM and entered the restaurant, but the window that displays the status of orders was blank. A staff member approached us to ask if we were waiting for an order, explaining that they currently had no orders in progress. We learned that the pickup time we selected was actually when they would start preparing our food, not when it would be ready. This should definitely be clarified, as we had to wait an additional 30 minutes. Despite the mix-up, the food was delicious and our order was correct. Just remember, when ordering online, the time you choose is when they begin making your meal.
