My friends are regulars here, they are super picky eaters, and I'm all about the service. No disappointment at all, food was superb! I had the camarones culichi, and my friend the cucarachas! The service was alright. Very polite and nice. Just that i ordered a shrimp tostada and got more cucumber than shrimp and its super overpriced for just one tostada. I feel like you could to other places and get more food for the same price.
Came in with family on a Tuesday for dinner, very disappointed. Horrible service, wasn't greeted when we walked in, got our own table had to go get our own menus, and the high chairs were dirty and broken.First the waitress didn't even write our order down and I ended up missing my shrimp cocktail and got shrimp tacos instead of fish tacos for my kid.Got the mujarra frita and it was okay until the middle, very soggy and slimy, could have been fried a bit longer. My wife got the shrimp plate. Half way I noticed a lot of black in the shrimp tacos.... yea if u know what that means than it's disgusting. Shrimp needs to be cleaned properly and It did was absolutely not. I checked all the other shrimp all the same, some even showed through the skin. Immediately stopped eating it. Unfortunately we won't be coming back..
One waiter for a whole restaurant makes the experience and service to be less than a one star not to mention the bad attitude this lady had. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and not given attitude the minute you enter the premises.1. Her first comment was what would you like to drink we told her and she continue with her second comment in which she said the kitchen will closed in 15minutes which she came back to us to take our order 10minutes later.2. She walks around the restaurant with such negative attitude that ruined my family dinner..3. The tostada with camarón and pulpo had no flavor and we asked the waiter for a black sauce which she took for ever to bring to us. I asked her how did they prepared as the pulpo didn’t had no flavor but her comment was “I can take it back” as if we didn’t want to pay the tostada which that was not the problem, but leaving my husband without dinner was not a solution. She didn’t offer any additional food for him to enjoy after that salty moment.4. Kids menue only quesadilla was available which I ask the waiter the size of the quesadilla and she said it was a regular harina tortilla which was also wrong it was a corn tortilla. If she doesn’t know the ingredients it could cause a huge problem as there’s people that will be allergic to some ingredients which can cause some one to end up in the ER..Oh and when u exit please make sure to watch the gate that they put on without a notice of it as you or any of your kids, family can trip and hurt themselves..We will not return and look for a better place that can make us feel welcome..
Fish was under cook.. and wasn't Sea bass, he served a swai Chinese fish never come back , empanadas to small and pricey.dont recommend this place..
Worst service ever walked in to make an order the waitress said it’ll be like 40 mins we said ok she says I’ll be back comes back comes back and says in a rude way can be more then an hour we figured that much it was packed compare to any other day so we said ok then again she said it can be more then an hour at that point we ask so can we go make an order or not because of all the excuses she kept giving us she said sure but don’t be pressuring me on how long is it going to take when not once did we ask mention the time or anything if you don’t want to work don’t work or make it known you only do dine in to make sure you charge people that service fee and tip
