Pollo loco is my favorite place to go for lunch, but this place is just above nasty toilet didn't even have soap paper towels were?t in the dispenser and when I finally got my food the tablet smelled like just above old fat as they have?t washed it in a while informed the checkout he offered to replace the tablet, but when the tablet smells like that makes you wonder if they even did everything else right what
If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a Double Chicken Avocado Salad before work and when I could finally eat, I realized that my salad was very small, and had not even avocado in it, that is one of the most important ingredients. When I tried to correct the mistake, nobody answered. I can't leave work to fix this problem, so I'm irritated as hell. How to miss one of the most important ingredients of salad. I'm not gonna eat here unless I want to be demolished. I didn't even eat the salad.
Went through the drive through and ordered the Double Chicken Tostada with a large Root Beer with light ice and an exter container of the Cilantro sauce which costs extra. I pay, get my food, and drive away. Get back to work to find I was given the regular Chicken Tostada, the Root beer was half ice, and they gave me a tiny container of the green salsa that wasn't even half full instead of the Cilantro sauce. I looked at the recipe and they charged me for everything I ordered, but it was more expensive than what the drive through sign said it was, and they didn't give me what I ordered. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
I order a 3 PC meal and they give me the 2 pc I ask to correct the order and they try to charge $2. Dollars more them what it cost normally. And then they give the wrong order again and also the chicken was over cook burn isn?t about the money is about been correct. I will never stop at Pollo Loco again they used to have a great service and chicken but this is the second time that it happened

I have no idea where all the liquid was coming from, but I'm assuming it was from the pinto beans since there was very little lettuce. Hopefully management does a better job at running this place in the future.
