Chipotle Mexican Grill - Feedback

Food is always good, but when I pay 21 dollars for a burrito bowl I kind of expect utensils and napkins.

They added a lot of sour cream to my bowl without me asking for it, and I cannot eat sour cream. But the chips and corn were good.
