The best fast food burger I've ever had! I ordered the Superstar without cheese, and the tomatoes were sliced to that perfect thickness reminiscent of the 1980s. View all feedback.
What house of fishing doesn't like about Carl's Jr.:
The one star goes towards the owner of this establishment. I feel bad for the ladies who work here they literally have no help. They cut employees and raised the prices thinking they would save money by cutting workers but they’re losing money because people are walking out. GIVE YOUR EMPLOYEES HELP! View all feedback.
General manager act like she too good act like she better then anyone at that store she yells at her employees in front of customers that not cool what happened to the other manager he was very good a his job
Stopped here by chance on my way home from a long road trip. It was a pleasure meeting the staff. I couldn't return for that dessert.
Some of the females cooks put a lot of salt in the burger which ruins it.
I repeated that she had the wrong number, and my wife even got on the phone to reiterate this. Then, the manager on the line threatened us, insisting we would not call their store again, mentioning something about caller ID and a health inspector. It turned out that my brother had indeed called them the previous day solely to inquire about his job application—nothing regarding an inspection or complaint. After our distressing and disrespectful conversation, we clarified that we had the wrong number multiple times. I texted my brother to confirm his call and then called the store back, as the manager had called us from a blocked number. A young woman answered, and we could hear her explaining our situation to someone else. In the background, we heard the manager dismissively say, “I don’t have time for them.” That’s when we decided to record the call. When the manager got back on the line, she said she didn't have time for this. I informed her that we were recording and asked for her name, questioning why she thought it was acceptable to harass us despite our repeated clarifications. She refused to give her name and hung up on us. I called back again, and she threatened to involve the police. I've emailed corporate about this situation, but I believe it's crucial to share this review so that no one else experiences such treatment without cause. This manager, a woman who worked on May 24, 2024, at 12:26 PM, was clearly unprofessional, especially when we overheard her laughing about our situation with the employee who answered the phone. My brother's job application may now be adversely affected because of this incident. We are considering legal action to ensure this behavior does not happen again.
