The menu offers land dishes and sea dishes. The eye falls on the grill of fish, since deprived of the asterisk that should signal the presence of frozen foods (I imagine, since I can not identify, in the menu, a legend that defines the meaning of the asterisk . However, other foods, such as polipo, report this asterisk, so I convince myself of the correctness of my assumption. Moral, I'm going to fish. Fish appetizer, 10,00 euro: a dish consisting of small tastes of fish of poor value, what I remember is a polyp and frozen potatoes flavored, a 'seed salad in oil of seeds, mussels (cold, dry and stracot, I don't know how long before. I do not lose heart, at the bottom the strong dish will be the fish of the grilled day, which in a previous comment I have seen having been defined great triumph of grilled fish . I cannot imagine the previous experiences of the Lord. The plate that comes to me is something amazing: a piece of sword decongeled (I swear I am able to recognize the fresh sword, a cuttlefish(? or more likely totanus breaded and fried two prawns, also clearly decongelati, since finding them in the Mediterranean would equivar to identify forms of life on Mars. Delused and irritated, I wait for someone of the staff to ask me: how is it, all right? And the question here comes. I express my regrets and, rightly, the young worker refers to the owner as specified by me. The owner, coming to the table, asks me if something was not my pleasure. I again put my reasons, even this time with the use of an euphemism, saying that I expected to eat local fish, not to say fresh and therefore not frozen. The answer was superlative: I apologize, maybe I should have specified the dish, we grilled it always so, next time you can choose knowing what will come to you. Clearly next time there will be and I hope that my comment will be useful to future adventurs. The less I hope that you will correct the menu, which right in correspondence of the grilled fish, has lost that little asterisk so important.
