Was Ryan Chang at Cì Shēn Hé àn Tóu a mag?
After seeing the chaos that is Tsukiji Market, it's nice to dine at a quiet restaurant with reasonable prices. Their lunch menu has cash discounts for certain items. A few of the items were 1100 yen.
