Thank you once again for a fantastic delivery! The ribs were tender and delicious, and the duck pancakes were also very good. However, I have noticed that prices are going up while portion sizes are going down at many restaurants, which is disappointing. View all feedback.
What huw j doesn't like about Royal Oak:
Firstly 2.5hrs to deliver then meal was not warm enough because their car had broken down the driver said. Driver was polite offered replacement but we didn't want to wait again. Curry had no sauce it was that awful cubed, re-constituted chicken. So over £16 for 2 mains mostly of rice. Thye were chicken curry/rice in a tray, special fried rice with a tub of sweet/sour sauce prawn crackers. Very poor overall this time... View all feedback.
The restaurant appeared to be clean but slightly disorganized. The fries were too crispy, but the curry sauce was delicious. I wouldn't visit again. Apologies, guys.
Never disappoints. Had a delightful meal tonight. The staff was so friendly as well. Highly recommend.
Waiting for two hours and still not receiving our food is unacceptable. It would have been quicker to cook the food ourselves.
Food is always good but portions seem to get smaller and smaller . They never offer complimentary prawn crackers . Ordered side of veggie spring rolls , had a total of 3
Fabulous place the staff are awesome decent prices, the locals are warm and welcoming best place in town
