Golden Palace - Rhondda Cynon Taf

I ordered food from this restaurant and it took an hour to arrive, with half of my order missing. I called them and they said they would bring the rest of the order, but after half an hour, it still hadn't arrived. Now my food is cold and I am very disappointed. I will never order from this place again. The service was bad and rude on the phone.

**** food, refuses refunds, owner does care and very rude and lied to me, told me to throw food in bin and then expected me to go back and take pictures and then left the lady behind till to deal with irate customers I have...to say she was lovely and it was unfair on her because she tried everything. So don’t expect a refund of your food is ****. Customer service is zero and very rude chef and owner

Friends and I ordered a Chinese for when we finished work, ordered on just eat for 10:30 but it automatically changed the time to 11 so we agreed that would be fine. The mea then turned up at 9:50pm.. so £60 worth of food wasted...because it was cold and disgusting by the time we finished work 40 minutes later!! Phoned them to ask about it and they said there was nothing they can do.. jokers

By far the best tasting and fairly priced Chinese in just eat in the RCT area there duck spring rolls are incredible order in just eat nice and simple

Food was average, nothing special. Delivery time was good. Portion sizes were poor considering we spent £28. Wouldn’t order off of Just Eat again.
