I tried their pinsa, at taste level we are talking about a good product, what disappointed me was the difficult chewing. The prerogative of the pinsa is a crisp but mellow dough, on the reef we were not exactly there. View all feedback.
High quality pins. Very good and easily digestible given the optimal leavening. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking: Parking in the area is for a fee, but if you opt for dinner there are no problems, as after 19:00 it is free. When you are in ZTL you have to park in the common area. I really liked the pinsa! Despite being loaded with ingredients, it was really digestible and tasty! The staff is nice, polite and very kind. The environment is nice and warm!
We had already tried the pinsa of this place with delivery at home, but this time we decided to eat directly from them. a Sunday evening we presented without reservation and we risked not to find place despite it was soon the place was then filled. quick service for excellent crispy and goose pines. craft beers and a good choice of desserts even if not homemade, net of tiramisù. we ate very well and will definitely come back
