Very good schnitzel! My husband and I went here for dinner last night and we really enjoyed it. If you are looking for some great German food while in Rheine I recommend this restaurant. Staff were very friendly too! View all feedback.
What So S dislikes about Gaststätte Bertling:
We wanted to reserve a table for 5:00 p.m., we were then suggested 7:00 p.m. and when we got there at 7:00 p.m. we were sent away. Such poor organization and the employee who sent us away was unfriendly, never again. View all feedback.
We were looking for a place to eat at Rheine and it has been very nice lunch. Schnitzel was a bit different than usual. Not 100 % traditional frites and quite good meat. You can feel close service. Nice waiters. A place to repeat at the city.

I was in town on business on my own and looking for somewhere with good atmosphere and food...From the moment I walked in everyone was very friendly and helpful. The food was great, and the service excellent.There was a steady stream of locals coming through which is always a good sign.... I would definitely recommend and will come back next time I am in Rheine!
