Restaurant in the heart of intimate and very welcoming Trentemoult. The fresh seafood menu will delight oysters, shrimps, salmon... depending on the season. The dishes are refined and excellent! Bravo! Nice success to the talented young chef.
I had the chance to taste the snail butter knives, the apple herrings with oil and a plate of oysters: the fresh products are of high quality and the way to cook them greatly enhance them. If you add to this the excellent wines, mainly local, it forms a delicious whole with excellent value for money. And then what to say of the place, if not that it is like the staff: truly charming. Thanks again for proposing this type of service. Excellent restaurant to very warmly recommend and where I'm late to return!
They love their products and make a great kitchen, and yet they remain modest when you chat with them. With oysters and gambas on a delicious sauce, take a good glass of white, at all reasonable prices in the eyes of other local restaurants.
