This location is much better than the Broad St. location in front of the Kroger's. I will literally drive the extra 5-7 minutes to visit this location over the other. The interior has been modernized and looks clean. The staff was really kind to my child and gave them an extra toy. No complaints with food. It is always hot and accurate. View all feedback.
What Larry Virden doesn't like about Wendy's:
Wife had single cheeseburger, fries, and water.I had a single burger, no cheese, a tiny piece of lettuce , an even tinier piece of tomato, and 2 or 3 pickles. I also had a sad tasting fish sandwich...reminded me of the white castle fish, and a large chilli and fries.The chilli was okay...the fries were passable. The burger and the fish sandwiches were forgettable. View all feedback.
The last 3 times I've been to this location they have forgotten my fries or nuggets or had incorrect drink. I'm not the type to go through my drive through order bit by bit but shame on me...I rate this Wendy's one of the worst locations in Ohio..
So unfortunate to see how many mistakes were being made . Customers in front of us was given wrong food. We were given 3 Xtra fries when ask for 1 Jr frie then we were missing sauce for nuggets .
This is how trash fast food employees are these days. I said I didn't want the drink but the slick mouthed cashier didn't hear me. Instead she attempted to be condescending and saying it's already paid for and I already made it, so here you go. Like I asked for something else instead. Girl I said the drink was too much, and I didn't want it you can keep it. I even said she could give it to someone else but it was like she was trying to be right. It was so weird I just stared at her and said uh-huh as she handed me my food. Seriously, a lot of customers are wrong for going off on these cashiers because it's crazy but lately I can also see why they flip out. The lack of soft skills, is killing the service industry.IF you want a small these days you have to say that or else they will automatically charge you for the medium size.
Food was as expected, staff unfriendly, very dirty building
