The best Starbucks I have been to yet! Staff is awesome, store is large with outstanding seating indoors and out and superb cleanliness! Love the layout! We were driving through on a road trip and am So glad we stopped here. I ordered my usual Grande Soy Latte and treated myself to a blueberry scone. Both were delicious and spot on! Bravo!!!? There always out of refresher?s or pastries I mean it?s been about 5-6 times now that I never get my full order because there out at some point hire a new manager I mean come on Great thanks for the quick response can you also tell me why the cheese danish comes out with oven debri on it just clean the oven the last time they said we will cover it for you would it not be easier to clean it View all feedback.
I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience at Starbucks. When I walked in to place my order, there were four employees behind the counter, yet not one of them acknowledged me. I stood there for quite a while and began to feel foolish for just waiting, so I eventually left. You’d think they would want to take my order, but that wasn't the case. I've encountered similar situations at other Starbucks locations, and it’s becoming quite frustrating.
This used to be my favorite spot, but lately, every drink I've ordered has tasted awful. I don't have time to wait for them to remake my drinks every day. It's time to give Starbucks a rest and try Dunkin' instead.
The service was extremely slow, and the Chai Latte was the worst I've ever had. It was a complete waste of money.
I've been coming here every week for the last couple of months, and as cliche as it is, their only constant is inconsistency. The employees are super sweet, but I continually get varying flavors of dirty chais. They never taste the same, and about 90% of the time, there is WAY too much milk and hardly any chai or espresso flavor. I wish there was a more convenient store located near me so I could switch.
My daughter and I just went through the drive thru to get our Starby’s fix. Only to be met with a very rude barista named Enaya. Not only did it take her 3 tries to get our order right before I got to the window, when we got to the window she was even more rude. Like we were an inconvenience to her and interrupting her phone time. Yes her phone was more important than her customers. She couldn’t manage the little scanner so we could get our points. Not our fault. So we said okay don’t worry about it we’ll just pay. The look on her face said it all. And she is the “manager” in charge? Huh that’s terrible, she was awful. Not only am I posting this review, I’ll be contacting corporate as well. Hopefully she gets retrained or maybe this isn’t the job for her. Customer service should always be number 1!!!!!
