Starbucks - Reynoldsburg

I stopped in to pickup drinks for my boyfriend and his colleagues that work the night shift, and I felt awful coming in 15min before close!!! However the two girls working tonight were the absolute sweetest and didn?t mind at all. They asked a few questions about how to make the drink, and I confessed that they weren?t for me, and I don?t usually go to Starbucks because I get embarrassed and I?m never sure how to order anything. They were super nice and even offered to make me a drink so that I could try it and told me how to order it so I can come back (hopefully that doesn?t get them in trouble!! . As someone with a lot of social anxiety this was such a nice thing of them to do. So if those two kind girls ever read this, I appreciate you and you made my night! The world needs more people like you!

After being told by several employees that the Pumpkin coffees would be back today, Only to be told today that they are not available today. I proceed to ask when only to be told it?s a secret! Unacceptable! I will never visit this location again. Went across the street to target and there were no secrets, I purchased my pumpkin cold brew. The absolute WORST starbucks in the area.

There always out of refresher?s or pastries I mean it?s been about 5-6 times now that I never get my full order because there out at some point hire a new manager I mean come on Great thanks for the quick response can you also tell me why the cheese danish comes out with oven debri on it just clean the oven the last time they said we will cover it for you would it not be easier to clean it

The best Starbucks I have been to yet! Staff is awesome, store is large with outstanding seating indoors and out and superb cleanliness! Love the layout! We were driving through on a road trip and am So glad we stopped here. I ordered my usual Grande Soy Latte and treated myself to a blueberry scone. Both were delicious and spot on! Bravo!!!?

I come here quite often after work and out of my total amount of visits which is quite a few there are two specific times I?ve had a bad experience ?one being today and they are both by the young woman who is tall and skinny with dark hair.. she is VERY rude and impatient on the head set and both times the lid on my drink has been incorrect I asked for a flat lid. The first time I just took it and let it go, so today when I got it like that ?again this is the second time with the same person both times? I told her this was supposed to have a flat lid and she rolled her eyes at me and told me it was a simple fix, which again it?s not that big of a deal but it?s the fact of having an attitude when my lid was wrong when I asked for a totally different lid after being rushed on the headset.. literally every other experience has been perfect and usually the customer service is amazing my sandwich is always hot. But I advise managers maybe to have a talk with her and check if she?s OK or just let her know to slow down a little bit because I understand the times have to be low but you still have to be NICE.
