Smokey Bones Reynoldsburg

Service was slow. They weren’t that busy and it was later at night (9:00). The drinks weren’t the proper mix- we finally just ordered a soft drink to be done with it. The appetizer came out after the salads. Refills were non-existent. The food- meh. The wings were over done and tough. The sirloin was dead. Like shoe leather. Ribs were decent as the was the chicken which was surprising.

Trayona was an amazing server she catered to our every need! We will definitely be dining here often!

I came in a couple weeks ago had Trayona as my server. She answered every question I had and was very sweet and informative. Trayona has been the best server I have ever had the experience with at Smokey Bones because of her I will be returning.

Pulled chicken was dry and tasteless. Pulled pork was dry. Potato wedges were overcooked. Cole slaw was also bland.Ice tea was good and had a great waiter. Will not be back.

Our experience at Reynoldsburg Smokey Bones was excellent tonight, our server Lynnika took excellent care of us and was a joy to talk too, she was very pleasant and served us the most delicious food, I give her and Smokey Bones the upmost compliment and all I can say to her and Smokey Bones is thank you for the experience and keep up the good work!
