I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for many years, but I have noticed a decline in both the accuracy of my orders and the quality of service. I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for many years, but I have noticed a decline in both the accuracy of my orders and the quality of service. Additionally, the prices of the food keep increasing. As a result, I have to cut down on my food purchases due to budget constraints, and unfortunately, I will no longer be able to include Panera in my regular dining rotation. I still love the food, but the hassle and cost are just not worth it anymore.
I ordered from DoorDash and phoned the restaurant to request no ice in my drink since there was no option for it on the app. The person I spoke to was extremely rude and even hung up on me. While I did receive my drink without ice, I was not pleased with the way the phone call was handled.
