Little Caesars Pizza - Reynoldsburg

When I arrived, there were no customers in or around the store. I have placed a custom order (my first error). The price was as much as I would have paid if I went a little further and went to Papa John's. They charge $1.50 more for less crust. When I put my order and went into my car, 5 more people arrived. The person who took my order went and started making bread sticks and someone else was on register. I wanted the 10 minutes that were told that it would be to know that my order was not made.? Two people went before me. One of them came to her car and realized that she had the wrong order. They gave her the right boxes, waited a few minutes and gave those boxes to someone who was waiting. I mean, and I went, although it wasn't quite right. Your thinner and crispy is everything, but... Yeah, I'll never come back.

Wanna hang out with a bunch of High School kids? Come here. It?s fun. I walked in cashier was working on a call in order (understandably) but she has zero customer service skills. Looking at people and walking away. YOU GUYS ARE LOSING MONEY! Customers walking out. You are lucky I ordered online. BOOOOO!

I love Little Caesars. Good (not great) pizza at an affordable price. With the app and the pizza kiosk they make ordering pizza too easy. With that said, this location is trash. Not my normal location but it was the closest to where I was at the time. Ordered ahead but still had to wait another 15min for a pepperoni pizza and a cheese pizza. They have the kiosk but don't seem to use it other than as a warming oven. Worst pizzas I've received. Undercooked. And is it that hard to evenly distribute pepperoni around the pizza?

Two younger girls running the place, doing an awesome job, until 3 boys show up and the girls forgot about the paying customers. The girls started giving free pop and breadsticks to the boys and not putting the ordered toppings on the pizzas they were making for the paying customers, they added olives to one of the pizzas I ordered, but didn't add the peppers or onions that were requested. When it was questioned, oh, well we're out of peppers and onions, but we gave you olives! I was in on 8/12/22. Around 6p.

Just bought a pizza a little before 12 p. It was awful. This is the third time I have bought a bad pizza from here. Usually I give three chances. This will be the last time I ever buy pizza from here again. I wasted 6 dollars. Please hire new employees...people who actually care and want to give a good meal to customers. The pizza was very very thin in some areas and very thick in others. It was cut extremely unevenly. The quality is very low. I will do myself a favor and go somewhere else where I will be treated better! Oh I cant forget to say that it was disgusting because it was so unbelievably oily...GROSS!
