El Portal - Reynoldsburg

Great food, clean environment, and fast service! I typically order takeout, but I've eaten inside a few times too. The building is old and the interior could use some updates, but the quality of the food and service is outstanding. It's especially refreshing in this part of town, where the options are usually lacking and the attitude tends to be negative. But not here!

Staff awesome. Food good. Building could use an update. Bathrooms clean but dated and C O L D. I thought my bumper was going to stick to the toilet seat like dudes tongue to the flag pole?

As for parking, there are always plenty of spots available. If the nearby parking lot is full, there's a large lot just across the street that rarely reaches capacity. Kid-friendly? Absolutely! I've been coming here since I was a child, and it has always been a great place for families.

Horrible experience. The food was not good. The guacamole looked like it was from a can, had a light green look and tasted horribly. The drinks were watered down. We ordered a margarita, and it tasted like straight water. There was no alcohol. The customer service is just as bad. We were met with attitude and rudeness. We waited at the register for maybe around 5 minutes. The atmosphere felt weird. First and last time being there.

The chips and salsa are excellent, the tacos have a well-balanced filling, and the enchiladas are truly amazing.
