I don't normally frequent Chipotle, but I came after a last minute decision. They were out of white rice (with a wait of 29 minutes to make more), which sent many customers out the door. This evening was completely unacceptable. I waited more than 20 minutes after quoted pick up time. They didn't have the entire order available, didn't offer any refund for missing items. On top on that, an employee had a cigarette or cigar in his mouth while at the counter. Are you seriously kidding me right now?! This will unfortunately be the very last time I utilize this chipotle. When I have a taste for a little bit of Mexican I order Chipotle. I am not a fan of spicy even thou what I order always have some spice in it. My carnita burrito was good. It had the right amount of ingredients cheese, brown rice, 1/2 black beans 1/2 pinto beans sour cream.
This Chipotle is pretty Good. Always clean and inviting. But the store is constantly busy. And the staff is lovely and helpful, however not the quickest. Line seems to always be at the door end of day.
Not even lying, of all the Chipotle locations I've been to this is by far the best. Friendly staff same great taste. But I'll give you some free advice. Double wrap your burrito. They LOAD IT UP!
