Burger King - Reynoldsburg

The dining room is spacious, the staff is friendly, and the food is fresh. It is a refreshing change from other fast food restaurants. I visited recently and had a great experience.

I ordered a chicken meal with onion rings instead of fries, but was told that it was not available. I asked if the whole meal was unavailable and was informed that it would take 8 minutes. I decided to wait, but when I got home, I found that the onion rings were old and soggy, as if they were from the day before. The chicken was cold, so it was clear that it hadn't just been made. I recommend that customers check their orders before leaving the restaurant.

I typically steer clear of Burger King because I've had consistently bad experiences at other locations. However, I decided to give this particular restaurant a shot because I love their charbroiled burgers - and I was pleasantly surprised! The person who took my order (I believe it was the manager) was extremely friendly. The food was delicious and the restaurant was very clean. I also appreciated that the doors were unlocked, which was convenient for me as I drive a larger vehicle that doesn't fit in the drive-thru.

The food was excellent, short staff, so it took a while. this page is further from our house than the other bk we went, but eating at this new place was much better than the closer website ever was.

I ordered a #5 large ketchup and pickle only with a Dr. Pepper. I got a very cold #5 with everything on it and I also got a coke instead of a Dr Pepper my fries were unsalted and also very cold.
