Robust country cooking Catalan style. The restaurant is unprepossessing but well worth a visit. We ate there after a day walking in the hills and it was perfect. Delicious cassoulet and slow cooked shoulder of pork in wine followed by clafouti all terrific. Recommended View all feedback. What Olivier Barlaguet doesn't like about Can Fouste:
What to say, dried apple duchess, gamy pork cheek for my pregnant wife... Microwave noise, Cling, and the dish that arrives... Can be homemade but not necessarily the same day. In short, no, I do not recommend under these conditions. View all feedback.
