I used to be a frequent customer at this restaurant, but in my last few visits, my order was consistently incorrect (missing the Zinger burger from my Zinger Bo... read more I used to be a frequent customer at this restaurant, but in my last few visits, my order was consistently incorrect (missing the Zinger burger from my Zinger Box). I always order the kartoffel and gravy with every meal, but there were multiple instances where it was missing. When I called the shop to address the issue, I spoke to a rude and arrogant 18-year-old who dismissed me and did not offer to fix the mistake. This experience has left me disappointed and I have decided not to return to this restaurant.

Th... read more Megan was the only person on the front desk. She was placing the orders and called for someone else to come and help fill the orders but no one came to help. They were very busy but they should have more than 4 people in...the shop at lunchtime. Megan had a few awkward customers that did not know what they wanted but she kept her cool, this was good to see as even I felt frustrated by these people. Megan finally started to fill the orders and I think she should get awarded with a medal for showing restraint and professionalism at such a young age. On the other hand the chicken was slightly greasy but better than it has been on occasions.

Picked up the usual 6 wicked wings and large tries. The chicken was crispy and non greasy for a change.
