Limited menu with cod and two other types of fish, including Tusk and Plaice, lamb and a vegetarian option. However, the appetizers and nets are so well prepared and seasoned that it is still an incredible experience. The ambience is beautiful. It leans towards the romantic side. You will not be disappointed at everything you choose from this menu. View all feedback.

The food is good overall, but the prices are really high. We had the cod (see pic and the salmon and they both tasted good. They provided bread, not of superb quality but reasonable, and oil and salt to eat it with, which is welcome. The prices were however high even for Icelandic standards (over 45 eur for a single dish of lamb.. how is it possible? so that we decided to go for a single course.. maybe lowering the p... What a beautiful find in Reykjavik! A nice small and cozy restaurant. The food was fresh and very amazing the menu was creative. I recommend the five-course menu a la Koch, which offers two options seafood and lamb. The staff was friendly and attentive. Reservations are required.
Found this restaurant when it opened the only food outlet at the time we were hungry, but were thrilled by what we found. The restaurant is eclectic but cozy and has a variety of corners and stands for intimate meals. Although it was busy, we were not disturbed by other diners. The food was an outstanding winner from Entrees to the main and recommended wines. Try Resto, you won't be disappointed.
Recommend the 5 course option. It's the choice of cook. We went here during our honeymoon and were very careful. You have even added something special to our dessert at the end. The cook and the staff were incredible. Even if you have only one stop in reykjavik, please go to this restaurant. Reserve before the time when they are open at 5:30. It was incredible. Very delicious.
Cosy little restaurant with an amazing ambience! Great service and food was beautiful. We had the lamb and ling fish and both were cooked to perfection. Complimentary fresh soft foccacia bread and olive oil was so good we had two serves! We also had some red wine which completed the meal. Book prior to visiting to avoid disappointment!
