The customer service at this restaurant is the worst on the island. Despite paying for a special offer that included a pizza and a 0.5L or 2L soda, depending on the size of the pizza, the staff refused to give us the soda, claiming that we did not pay for it. The employee who took our order and processed the payment did not communicate this information to the rude staff member we encountered. Although our main issue is not the soda itself (the employee also refused to check the receipts), but rather the disrespectful treatment we received after questioning what we had paid for and what we had received. When we commented that this was not satisfactory customer service, the employee simply dismissed our concerns by saying that this was the norm on the island. This has been a disappointing experience, especially considering that I am a regular customer who lives nearby. I would appreciate an apology and a refund for the soda that we paid for but did not receive.
We were near devito’s and needed some food to recover from jetlag. it was a windy and cold Sunday and our pizzas met the place! the options were very large, but we are stuck at our usual pfeffersalat and cheese. service was friendly and fast. no complaining and a wonderful introduction in island!
Tasty pizza but not after 12 o'clock only supply the collection so that they do not order too late.
This place was always full when i walked past it many times, on my recent trip to Iceland. On the last day, i decided to go in. Pizza is my favourite food ever, and eat plenty of it weekly, so I feel I am in...a fair place to judge. This was nothing special at all. Oily and greasy. Sauce was nothing special. Cheese was bland. Crust was burnt, as in some pictures on here. Cannot say I have ever had a burnt to black crust before, and its been passed as legit. Staff were friendly enough, and this was not BAD, just very average. Works out at £12 or so for a 12 cheese and tomato.
This restaurant experience was awful. I waited over 50 minutes for my pizza this time, and last time it took over 2 hours. I have had enough of this place. It used to be nice to go there years ago, but now it has gone downhill.
