I read all the bad reviews, and was nervous, but I was up all night packing to move and didn’t eat, so I figured I’d give it a shot. Food showed up just as I had ordered it way before the delivery estimated time. Didn’t go to bed hungry. 5 stars! View all feedback.

However, 30 minutes later, I received a call from the delivery driver saying they were outside with my order. I explained to the driver that I had already canceled and wasn’t interested in the food anymore, especially since it had been over two hours since I placed the order. Now, the pizza tracker shows my order as "delivered," and I haven't received any notification about a refund.

If your driver is Clovis. He will ignore your delivery directions, have an employee call you for him to meet him out in the street (me being 40 weeks pregnant), you?ll be waiting in the sun for over half hour calling or getting calls back and forthfrom a third employee about the status of the order and location of driver, he will drop off the pizza anywhere random, leaveand not even try to contact you. I called management he insisted he dropped it off and gave a description of a completelydifferent lobby than the one my complex has. I tell the manager he is describing a wrong location, manager insisted he isn?tlying and he made the delivery. She says they?re busy and to pick if I want a delivery again or refund. As a pregnant personcraving my food I wanted to reorder but they were rude, unapologetic, dismissive, insisted I wasn?t saying the truth and at thatpoint I didn?t trust them with my food anymore. Worst experience ever, I am a loyal Domino?s customer who has placed an insaneamount of orders and have NEVER had this issue with any driver before. He still insists he dropped it off at my building when Iwas outside the whole time and no one came, also he described a wooden table that does not exist in my lobby, and he can?t evenadmit he made a mistake. If he would just admit he confused buildings I would have more peace of mind for ordering again, butboth manager and driver ganged up against me to say he isn?t lying and the food is with me. ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. I amheartbroken that my favorite pizza delivery will be no more as long as my only option is this store. I strongly suggest whoeverowns this store to review todays calls and see for themselves what the employees do.
The worse Domino?s service, Thursday 28 at10:30 pm, I called to check the status of my order, she asked me for a second and in the meantime, she was talking very bad about me, the customer very abusive, in Portuguese, yes I understand Portuguese butshe didn't know that, I presume, and I was waiting for her and she kept talking with her co-worker, she's very rude, notprofessional at all. The food on this particular day was good but the customer service she gave me Was terrible.
I only got a bulk pickup job and the timer was stopped saying that I got my order when it wasn't true. I called the load twice, and both of them were put on purposefully so respectless) just not to say a free pizza like the rules) anyway I wanted only my order so that my advice is just going in and getting their food or going somewhere else
The delivery lasted over half an hour to receive that was cold and my pizza was missing pfefferoni, for which I was accused. this domino is always bad when they try to report a problem about the domino app, does it always say that we are still on the move? even hours later. pizza hut in Everett/Revere is the one to go away, skip this situation.
Bought a special pizza philly cheese steak. you were not a steak on the pizza, but it had swung, paprika and mushrooms. when I called, they offered to make another pizza when I would come back and pick them up at today's gas prices I felt they should have made it for me for the mistakes. I will never order from these people who they in my report, where not much to the responsible. they should have done something more to speed up their mistake
